Base Pay Range: $114,600.00 - $194,800.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA KLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits identified below. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead the precision integration, alignment, and qualification of groundbreaking optical inspection systems. Direct every aspect of the production process including new product introduction, Cycle time reduction, Off-shoring, Outsourcing, Engineering changes, Quality assurance, LEAN manufacturing implementation and ISO certification. Hire, train, and lead technicians performing mechanical, optical, and electronic manufacturing tasks.

Duties, but not limited to:

  • Orchestrate solutions to production issues by closely collaborating with the Materials, Manufacturing, Engineering, Design Engineering & Master Scheduling teams.
  • Creatively prioritize to ensure production schedules are met and customer delivery dates are on target.
  • Ensure high quality standards are maintained and drive quality improvement opportunities.
  • Generate manufacturing flexibility to accommodate KLA's highly dynamic business environment.
  • Closely lead overtime and continually pursue reductions in manufacturing costs.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing and leading teams in a leadership capacity.
  • 5 years semiconductor equipment or other industrial or capital equipment experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to turn non-specific goals into concrete tasks, and influence peers in other organizations to accomplish objectives.
  • Solid understanding of industry recognized sales processes. Working with master scheduler and sales teams regarding ship dates.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing process and workflow.
  • Experience leading teams in exciting environments
  • BA/BS, MBA is a plus

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 to 7 years in a lead, supervisor or management role.
