Functional Deployment Lead, EBS Finance

Howmet Aerospace is in search of a Deployment Lead, EBS Finance to aid the Deployment Manager in implementation of industry standards and Oracle EBS best practice functionality for ERP solutions. This role is key to bridging the gap between functional business personnel and technical IT personnel for EBS deployments. As the functional expert, the Deployment Lead, EBS Finance will drive the creation and review of functional requirements. This role will also design and implement the EBS solutions across multiple business locations.

Major activities / Key challenges:

• Work with EBS deployment and technical teams to develop and deploy Oracle EBS and Cloud functional modules across Howmet Business and Resource Units
• Lead efforts to gather functional requirements, reviewing and prioritizing with technical teams
• Resolve and escalate impediments, manage risk, assure value delivery, and drive program-level continuous improvement
• Direct 3^rd party service providers' delivery of customization solutions, ensuring deliverables meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Partner with necessary stakeholders to support deployments, aiding system implementation as needed
• Create documentation and training materials as well as facilitate testing and cutover workshops

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years' experience using Oracle EBS Applications R12 with strong solutioning, configuration, design & development experience
• Knowledge of governance and change management procedures in an IT environment
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (OTC, Supply Chain, RtP, Finance, Manufacturing) as well as the associated business processes
• Knowledge of Oracle reporting tool sets, Orbit would be a specific plus
• Experience working and directing offshore development teams

Salary Range: $90k - $115k/year approximation (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location).
