Assist in our Hotel's Food & Beverage operations by ensuring excellent quality of food and beverage service & great customer service experience. Always leave our guests feeling satisfied and looking forward to their next return. What will you be doing? Oversee Starbucks, Cafe, and Room Amenities. Assist with ongoing training to ensure standards are being met. Interact positively with customers and promote hotel facilities and services. Handle guest's complaints. All other duties as assigned. What do you bring to the role? Must have at least 1 year of Starbucks experience. Must be a morning person. Previous supervisor experience is preferred. Previous restaurant and hospitality experience is required. Must have great leadership skills. Must be reliable. Hours of Operation: Starbucks Monday-Friday 5:30am- 5:30pm Saturday - Sunday 6:00am-4:00pm Cafe Monday-Friday 6:30am-11:00am Saturday - Sunday 6:00am-12:00pm What's in it for you?
