Aria is looking for a dedicated and experienced Cage Supervisor to join our team full-time. THE JOB:

As the Cage Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the cage team to ensure successful shift operations. Your responsibilities will include balancing all banks, ensuring adherence to company best practices, complying with all Federal, State, and local gaming regulations, and delivering SHOW standard guest service to all internal and external patrons.

THE STARTING RATE: $27/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Monitor quality standards within the department, delegate daily work, run shift reports, and verify and approve appropriate transactions in accordance with internal control standards.

  • Assist the Casino Cage Manager in ensuring that the banks are balanced at the end of the shift in accordance with departmental variance policy, and accurately review all reports and forms in compliance with Title 31.

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain the highest level of S.H.O.W. guest service, resolving guest complaints and assisting with MGM Rewards Member requests and disputes in a professional and timely manner.

  • Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned departments, consistent with the company's core service standards and brand attributes.

  • Supervise and support the MGM Rewards program, MyVegas rewards program, and MGM Rewards Mastercard program, issuing FREEPLAY, complimentary play coupons, and adjusting tier credits for guests upon request in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with workforce management and the Casino Cage Manager on work schedules, vacation requests, and attendance records to ensure proper staffing levels.

  • Assist with Human Resources responsibilities, creating and maintaining a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction. Ensure training and succession planning processes that encompass the Company's diversity commitment.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Previous experience delivering the highest level of customer service.

  • Prior experience in a casino cage position or similar roles involving high-volume cash handling.

  • Prior leadership experience and skills.

  • Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Title 31 Regulations.

  • Proficiency in operating diverse computer programs, multi-line telephones, and hotel systems like Opera and Patron.

  • Familiarity with various administrative duties, such as data entry.

  • Detail-oriented, quick to learn, and highly motivated.

  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, afternoons, and overnights as required by the role.

  • Comfortable with prolonged standing and exposure to cigarette smoke in a casino environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience.

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

  • Must be able to obtain gaming license for the state of Nevada.
