THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Creative Coordinator to support a variety of administrative tasks for the overall Creative team. This role helps with a variety of needs and processes for both the Design and Production teams, including monthly expense reporting, vendor purchase reqs and invoicing, labor tracking, custom request intake and record keeping, IntelliEvent PO input, supply purchasing, and similar support.

THE STARTING RATE:

  • $23/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Review all IntelliEvent Orders with Creative team needs and adjust for accurate P&L's before Orders get invoiced to client
  • Labor tracking for Creative teams, including review and auditing hours on a monthly or project-basis
  • Order materials or supplies specific to the Design and Production teams, such as large format printer ink, substrates, paint, and other specialized items
  • Track Creative Custom Requests, following up with each request, setting review meetings, and auditing final numbers
  • Prepare Purchase Orders for vendors via Coupa, distribute and close when complete, and verify invoices for payments
  • Input IntelliEvent POs related to Creative team outsourcing or in-house final costs
  • Track monthly expenses and input into Oracle for review
  • Attend brainstorm meetings to assist Creative Team with note tracking, meeting cadence, and communicating deliverables
  • Help source specialty vendors or resources for RFPs or Tier 3 events
  • Provide additional onsite support for large scale events
  • Communicate project status and timelines with internal departments, clients and vendors to maintain satisfaction
  • Actively promote MREP within the company and the events industry

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience
