We are looking for a Parking Ambassador to join the team! Have you ever wondered what it would be like to work in a place full of excitement, diversity, and entertainment? THE JOB:

As a Parking Ambassador, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By anticipating guest needs and modeling fast and efficient service you will set the tone for an unrivaled resort experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.68/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services.

  • Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assist with regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays.

  • Serve as an ambassador for the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiar with local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.

  • Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty.

  • Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Prior customer service experience in a similar environment.

  • Comfortable with working in various outside weather conditions.

  • Comfortable with the use of various technological programs as needed.

  • Describes themselves as motivated, detail-oriented, a quick learner and able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

  • Dedicated to providing the highest level of service to all guests and employees.

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms.

  • Flexible to work various schedule as needed per on call status including afternoons, overnight, weekends and holidays as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 6+ months of prior relevant experience.

  • Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays.
