Then we're looking for you! Our Talent Development team is growing and launching new initiatives all the time. We're looking for a highly organized Talent Development Coordinator that is looking to further develop their career in Human Resources, while possessing effective administrative skills. This role will report to the Director of Learning & Development and work closely with the entire Talent Development team to help serve all of our employees, from corporate to field.We offer a flexible work environment. This means working up to 2 days a week remotely and the rest of the time in the office.

"Gauges" of Responsibility

  • Manage the Talent Development calendar, including all invitations for classes and ongoing programs.
  • Monitor a Talent Development inbox to insure we respond to all emails quickly.
  • Manage invoices and expense reports
  • Perform administrative tasks and create learning paths in our Learning Management Systems
  • Build relationships with our business partners.
  • Get approval for and post communications on our internal employee application.
  • Create simple job aids and instructional videos as needed
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of proven office experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office
