We are currently seeking a Payroll Senior Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Payroll Senior Analyst - Grade 7

The Payroll Senior Analyst role will be more of a payroll generalist support role across the US payroll team. The role of this Payroll Analyst will require performing key pieces of the end-to-end payroll process such as payroll validations, handling all payroll overpayments, supporting employee escalations, special projects, analyzing key payroll data, etc. This role's task requirements will shift from week to week based on the need of the payroll processing. The role holder will thrive in a fast-paced environment with tasks that alternate regularly. This role will require going into our NTT DATA Plano office up to 2 days per month.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• This role will be supporting payroll validations for multiple legal entities during the payroll cycles for both Semi-Monthly and Bi-Weekly Payrolls
• This role requires someone who does look to consistently improve our processes, help us identify areas for the payroll area to be more efficient, and partner with other payroll team members daily.
• Must have good analytical skills to work through all kinds of payroll data. This role will require doing payroll validations for both the salaried and hourly payrolls. It is critical for this individual to understand/assess data to look for any errors, discrepancies, etc. under tight deadlines.
• One of the key tasks in this role is to manage our overpayment process. This will require someone to be able to perform overpayment calculations of all kinds. The role holder must possess strong writing and communication skills in order to be able to communicate effectively with employees and or managers
• Going into the office to help support mail for HR and distribution will be required up to one day per week
• Ensures all processes and procedures meet company and applicable federal requirements aligned to our internal payroll controls, working with the payroll team
• Attention to statutory compliance adherence and raises requisite alerts
• Going into the office to help support processing mail for HR will be required up to two days per month
• Helps support employee escalations via an inhouse tool
