We are currently seeking a full-time Rotational Operator to join our team in our manufacturing facility. This role works 8 hour shifts 5 days a week.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Continually enhances knowledge and job skills through on-going training and development.
- Meeting with supervisor before the shift to plan the daily production schedule and job duties your needed to replace or assist.
- Check the area systems to validate that the right materials are being used and all transactions are being completed.
- Check the area for safety and quality issues.
- Review the daily schedule and assist the Coffee-mate areas that need assistance to keep to the factory schedule.
- Assures timely cleaning and sanitation of all equipment, and assures absence of downtime.
- Fill in positions due to heavy work-loads, or call-offs.
- Plans, and then performs hands-on cleaning, and/or the assistance during the production or packaging processes, when the workload requires.
- Understands the use of the sanitation chemicals for performing the cleaning processes.
- Ensures factory meets safety, sanitation and set up standards for the start of the next shift.
- Assures factory equipment is set-up and staged for next shift.
- Accurately completes all required documentation and system transactions.
- Maintains quality control per company guidelines.
- Performs all job duties in accordance with the company's safety guidelines.
- Properly use all personal protective gear per company guidelines.
- Dispose of trash and cleans work area thoroughly.
- Remove any unused product, boxes and utensils and assure clear and clean work area.
- Completes all jobs in any area as assigned by supervisors.
- Works any assignment or duties as directed by supervisor.
- Assures regular and timely attendance per company guidelines.
- May be required to work on different shift for extended periods of time
- Works overtime as assigned by supervisor.
- Enter Work Order notifications.
- Perform Safety and Quality Risk Predictions.
- Perform Friends Helping Friends actions.
- Know/understand and be able to look up LOTO procedures for any equipment you work with.
- Complete daily SHO handoff and board maintenance if applicable.

Qualifications
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty at or above the performance standard. - High school education or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple to more complex instructions, formulas, policies and procedures. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units weight measurement, volume and distance.
- Basic computer knowledge. Ability to comprehend internal inventory system and input data accurately.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Must pass tow motor training and driving assessment.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. - The employee must constantly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and food fumes or airborne food particles. The employee is frequently exposed to wet conditions, and occasionally exposed to high places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
