Operations Administrator

Job Description Summary: Assist and administer process/continuous improvement initiatives, documentation and project support. Facilitates efficient operation of office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical functions for the DC Leadership team and Human Resources.

Job Description

  • Collect and summarize information to prepare informative reports
  • Verify data and information
  • Track, report and document project progress
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses for operational issues
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
  • Organizing, attending and participating in meetings
  • Translation of documentation
  • Support communication for facility rollout of new programs/processes
  • Act as a backup for CI, Compliance Lead
  • Track project progress
  • Collect the necessary information required to assist with projects
  • Creation and implementation of PI signage throughout facility
  • Support business readiness and adoption through process improvement initiatives
  • Support Operations team with implementation of new process/projects

Additional Job Description

  • Manages and produces all utilization/efficiency reporting
  • Maintains and manages filing systems as assigned (Employee performance, WC/Safety/OSHA, Grievance, etc)
  • Administers the ordering of supplies
  • Maintains and retrieves information requested from records, files, emails, minutes and/or other related documents
  • Responds and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
  • Posts overtime opportunities
  • Post Job Bids
  • Facilitates New Hire Orientation
  • Prepares and distributes live paychecks
  • Administers on site drug screens
  • Act as back up for issuing employee badge IDs
  • Provide clerical assistance to members of the Leadership Team as needed
  • Manage employee attendance calendars and leave updates
  • Distribution and creation of communication platforms
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Perform miscellaneous assigned duties as needed to accommodate changing workload requirements
