Sr. Enterprise Awareness Manager - Webinars and Virtual Events

Overview

The Corporate Marketing Events team supports Cloud Software Group's premier Business Units: Citrix and TIBCO with their event governance, strategy, planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will utilize their deep event registration and technology knowledge, along with their Swoogo experience, to deliver virtual events, webinars and registration services to the business units within Cloud Software Group. This position will focus on building webinar series, virtual event templates, registration websites and robust reporting on registration and events taking place with Swoogo. This individual will work with many different teams, and must educate as well as support their various event registration and technology needs when it comes to webinars and virtual events.

You must have a real passion for virtual events alongside a positive, self-motivated, can-do attitude and a strong attention to detail. We work in an ever-changing environment, so flexibility, resourcefulness, and strategic influencing are essential.

Reports to: Director, Events and Experience Centers

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for this role will take an analytical approach to problem solving and have a proven track record of building and executing strategic webinar campaigns that drive high volume customer registrations and generate pipeline, along with tactical skills to produce and execute webinars utilizing our events platform, Swoogo.


  • As the lead, you will oversee end to end coordination of webinars from planning-aligning with strategic stakeholders across product categories and topics- to execution, to post webinar metrics.

  • Work with Business Units to ensure agendas and speakers are set

  • Create best practices and processes for webinars and virtual events, customized for Swoogo tool and adapted for Cloud Software Group's evolving MarTech stack.

  • Create workback and ensure stakeholders are adhering to timelines.

  • Build and test all webinar and registration components utilizing Swoogo.

  • Manage the event attendee registration lists, including but not limited to employees, customers, and partners.

  • Oversee attendance and registration data integrity in accordance with established event registration, data privacy, and compliance policies.

  • Monitor registration trends, provide weekly attendee management reports and advise teams on registration status.

  • Collaborate with internal creative and digital teams, along with vendor partners, to design webinar and virtual experiences that leave a positive attendee experience and viable outcomes to propel the business forward.


Required Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 3+ years of corporate event experience


  • 2+ years of experience with event technology platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Swoogo) is required


    • Preference if experience is with Swoogo


  • 1+ years experience managing webinars and virtual events

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Google Suite, Word, and Powerpoint

  • Strong Excel experience and a strong desire to compile, present and quantify data.

  • Experience with Smartsheets, JIRA, and Salesforce

  • Strong data management skills, proficient in database management tools


Other Qualifications:


  • Must be exceptionally detail-oriented, independent and able to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines.

  • Ability to communicate professionally using web conferencing, email, google spaces, whatsapp and imessage.

  • Must be flexible and solution-oriented with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask

  • A keen eye for web and design is a plus
