The UA Foundation, founded in 1958, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the UA through philanthropy. Our goals are to facilitate connection, demonstrate gratitude and impact, and maximize the power of giving for the UA and its generous donors. Our services include managing the university’s donated assets and processing gifts to the university in accordance with the UA’s guidelines and policies.

Frontline
Our frontline teams are the story tellers of the University of Arizona’s unique opportunities for philanthropic support, and they are committed to connecting the hopes, dreams, interests, and passions of our current and future donors. We have 85+ frontline fundraising positions spanning over 25 departments and units on campus.
Operations
Our operations teams have grown significantly in the past two years in an effort to provide the best in advancement services to our fundraisers and our donors, including strategic information services, marketing/communications, information technology, stewardship, financial services, gift processing, and human resources & talent management.
Support
Our support teams are the backbone of the UDP, and they are dedicated to a variety of areas including fundraising units, department leaders, and our executive team. The UDP’s commitment to excellence from the smallest to the largest details of our work would not be possible without the individuals supporting each of our units.
