We have two state-of-the-art training facilities – one in Las Vegas, Nevada and the other in Sanford, Florida – complete with flight simulators, inflight training equipment and classrooms for Crew Members and Maintenance Technicians. Recognition & Appreciation
We aren’t shy about displaying appreciation for our hard-working Team Members. We hate the rumor mill and we value Transparency – one of our eight core values. We have a variety of options that open two-way communication and feedback. Our senior leadership team hosts a town hall once a quarter to answer questions, give feedback and hear what matters most to our team members. Our Team Member survey provides a window into areas we are doing well in and where we may need to improve. Our business model is strong and always adapting in innovative ways to be more efficient, improve on-time performance or increase revenue. Many of those ideas come from team members through a Share Innovation program. From who should win “cutest pet” in our monthly online photo contest to which new item should be added to our swag store to even naming our safety slogan, your opinion matters!
