Overview A two year post-doctoral position is available to work on project involving molecular cloning and cellular biology for AAV production using Sf9 cell system. The candidate will be part of a collaboration between Umass Chan Medical School in Worcester, MA and AbbVie, a biopharmaceutical company (located in Worceter,MA) to redesign and optimize the baculovirus system to increase the amount and quality of AAV production.
