SUMMARY:

The HR Administrator will report to the Human Resources Manager and be responsible for numerous functions within the HR department supporting its goals and providing deliverables to multiple client groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

General:




  • Manage service awards administration and serve as employee point-of-contact for concerns related to service awards.



  • Perform general front-office administrative duties.



  • Verify the organization's state and federal compliance posters are up-to-date on-site.




HRIS:




  • Ensure accurate and complete record entries in multiple HRIS systems to include: ADP Workforce Now, ADP E-Time, Docuware, and Syberworks.



  • Reconcile HRIS discrepencies.



  • Process and ensure timely completion of change of status forms in the HRIS.



  • Generate reports and create custom reports in HRIS.




Training:




  • Coordinate and distribute new hire orientation information.



  • Enter and maintain training documentation in both Syberworks (LMS) and Docuware.



  • Manage the Seminar/Training Request process and maintain associated documentation and records.



  • Respond to training inquiries.



  • Administer and assign requested training and Red Vector Courses.




Recruiting/Staffing:




  • Responsible for all tasks related to hourly staffing (posting, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, preplacement process, new hire activities).



  • Enter and maintain appropriate information in theATS.




Leave Administration:




  • Manage the leave administration process from the employee's initial request for leave to the employee's return-to-work, review completion of required paperwork, including medical certifications, determine leave eligibility, designate or deny leaves as appropriate, recertify leaves, and track and account for leave time used.



Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor'sDegree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.



  • 1 - 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred.



  • HRIS (ADP/Workforce Now) experience preferred.



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.



  • Must be able to maintain accurate and quality work performance with frequent distraction.



  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of integrity.



  • This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills, good interpersonal,and the ability to multi-task.


  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Ability to demonstrate a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continual improvement.



  • Must be a self-starter who can function in a high-volume dynamic work environment with little supervision.
