Integrations Specialist

Job Description:

Pluralsight is seeking an Integrations Specialist to join its Professional Services team. You will work closely with customers to help integrate our Pluralsight Platform into environments like LMS, LXP, or HRIS type systems, setting up Single Sign-on connections, configuring custom data feeds, and consulting on API best practices.

As an Integrations Specialist you will work closely with customers through the full implementation cycle from initial discovery & design, development, and to production. Our consultants play a critical role throughout this process, not only ensuring the seamless execution of projects but also empowering customers to maximize the value of Pluralsight. This is achieved by broadening access to our services and guiding them towards making informed, data-driven decisions.

What you'll own:
  • Support the Integration experience of Pluralsight's most valuable customers from end-to-end
  • Share Integration best practices and advise our customers in the best ways to approach them
  • Project management throughout the integrations engagement
  • Looks for unique solutions and out-of-the-box ideas to satisfy non-typical customer requests
  • Assists effective delivery of services globally, supporting key internal and external SLAs
  • Guiding service delivery needs and working with with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional services teams
Experience you'll need:
  • BA/BS degree in a technology related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in professional services, support, data, or development role, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, Looker, etc
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience working with customers to resolve concerns and questions
  • Exceptional business acumen with ability to communicate complex issues and technologies in very simple terms
  • A proven track record of managing and delivering projects for enterprise companies
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot with customers to identify the root of an issue and develop a meaningful solution (requirements gathering, technical assessments, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively manage time between both transactional deliverables and non-transactional deliverables
  • Excellent spoken and written English
