Have a passion for assisting individuals within an organization? Pluralsight is hiring a Sr. Manager of People Operations. This individual is a key strategist in People process design and optimization, building policies and programs that deliver value for the business. They create an HR operating rhythm that drives a culture of performance, and scalable, global internal systems. They own the Tier 1 function of internal customer support, data accuracy, and administration.

What you'll do:
  • Develop, coach and lead a global team of high-performing People Operations Specialists, focused on providing an exceptional customer service experience
  • Ensure People data integrity across HR systems by conducting regular data audits to ensure accurate, timely organizational data
  • Deliver streamlined, scalable employee lifecycle services, including onboarding and I-9 verification, job changes, offboarding and employment verifications
  • Collaborate with People team Centers of Excellence in supporting company-wide programs (e.g. annual performance and merit cycle, annual benefits open enrollment, goal setting, large scale reorganization activities, etc.)
  • Oversee daily management of benefits programs, including health, voluntary, and wellness benefits and perks
  • Diagnose and implement continuous improvement of existing programs, developing entirely new ways for us to seamlessly get great work done
Requirements:
  • Experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in an HR Operations role.
  • Experience as a people leader in an HR Operations team leading through a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Scaled people strategies through stages of the business in high-growth mode
  • You have experience in maintaining, optimizing and auditing HR systems
  • Experience in Workday system strongly preferred
  • Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
Travel Requirements

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. Learn new tasks, remember processes, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow.
