We are hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to help analyze, develop, and influence process enhancements and data analytics to elevate our internal and external customer experience.

We are looking for an experienced candidate who can quickly become the go-to person for process improvements, enhancements, and data analysis. This role will play a huge part in supporting our GTM strategy! You will help craft, implement and measure the impact of various initiatives, and serve as a thought-partner to the Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success leaders. As such, this role requires a good mix of analytical, reporting, process, and communication skills. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role within a high-focus area of our business.

  • Experienced with Go To Market functions of Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success. Specifically has proven experience with post-sales processes (customer onboarding, customer adoption, customer retention, and renewals execution)

What you'll do:

  • Process Optimization: Help identify and implement process improvements across the revenue funnel to streamline operations, reduce friction, and improve efficiency

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards

  • Create and maintain our internal library for Standard Operating Procedures

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to highlight opportunities for growth and support in end-user training and communications

  • Identify and prioritize key projects to enhance the way our sales and customer success teams work, aligning stakeholders and executing from start to finish

  • Creation of technical roadmaps that resonate with business partners

  • Drive Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ best practice. Partner with key stakeholders to understand drivers for change, ensure data accuracy, and work to develop and implement enhancements

  • Drive requirements and enhancements supporting our post-sale customer success journey - implementing through tools such as Salesforce CRM, Gainsight, Pendo, SurveyMonkey, Zendesk, etc.

  • Present findings and analysis to all levels of leadership

Experience you'll bring:

  • Skilled in business process ownership to align technical and business requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data using Excel / Google Sheets and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Gainsight level 1 and level 2 certifications - ability to create reports, dashboards, manage journey orchestrator and surveys, create call-to-actions, etc.

  • Prior experience in a Customer Success or Sales / Customer Success Operations type role

  • Experience utilizing Salesforce.com, and SFDC CPQ. (Admin experience a plus). Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and dataloader

Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.

  • Experience in creating testing scenarios and executing in collaboration with IT partners

  • Experienced with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau / Power BI)

  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart

  • Experience with revenue tools such as Gainsight, Pendo, SurveyMonkey, etc. is required

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to communicate, listen, and present to all levels of the organization

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment

Travel Requirements

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $80,400 - $99,200 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary and variable, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
