Job Description:

As Senior Manager of Product Management, Integrated Learning, you will lead a team of 4-5 product managers to develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of our Core Learner Experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive user adoption, engagement, and overall product success through innovative solutions and strategic initiatives.

What you'll do:
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and
  • career development opportunities.
  • Improve product delivery through the development of scalable operations, processes, frameworks, and resources.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to align on priorities, secure resources, and overcome obstacles.
  • Define and track key product metrics, analyze data, and drive initiatives for continuous
  • improvement.
  • Create and execute a product strategy with your team that aligns with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Drive roadmap execution and foster cross-platform teamwork to deliver impact for our users.
Experience you'll bring:
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams and driving product strategy in SaaS environments
  • Ability to develop product strategy informed by competitive analysis, Voice of Customer (VoC), business reviews, and strategic business goals
Requirements:
  • Direct experience in product management within a SaaS environment or similar, with a track record of shipping products to market.
  • Experience managing or leading a team of Product Managers or equivalent roles for SaaS products.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on decision-making and collaboration.
  • Organizational skills coupled with a servant leadership approach.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, or 5 with an advanced degree
Travel Requirements

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. The annual US base salary range for this role is $131,500 - $162,300 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary and variable, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
