We knew that in the beginning when we started as a small bank in Ridgway, Illinois in 1975. We know that now as we continue to grow as the largest, locally-owned bank in the region with more than $2 billion in assets.

Whether it’s volunteering our time, promoting charities throughout the year in our branches or making financial donations, you can find Banterra's ongoing support to needs within our communities. Our team donates time, talent and money to a variety of community causes and the largest line item in Banterra's marketing budget is dedicated to simply giving back to our communities. We simply know the importance of giving back.
Sponsorships & Donations
We provide financial support and volunteers to a variety of community organizations and events throughout the communities we serve across five states. If you have a cause that you believe could use our support, all you have to do is complete either our sponsorship request or donation request form. Complete the proper form, print it and bring it in to your local Banterra office for our team to review.

We believe it takes more than financial donations and support to make our communities a better place. That’s why Banterra employees volunteer their time to support the organizations that make our communities so special. Why do we do this? Because we believe when we support others, we all rise.
